Project Description

The Lee County School Bus Depot is a 30 acre site in Sanford, NC that houses repair and maintenance facilities for the Lee County School bus fleet. Our team began the project in early September, and it is expected to be completed early before the end of 2026.

• Clearing

• Demolition of existing asphalt

• Rough Grading and stripping topsoil

• Mass haul including multiple feet of cut and fill

• Erosion control to state specifications

• Building roadways through fill, grading, and compacting

• Digging and sloping a multi acre drainage pond

• Installation of concrete RCP stormwater piping
