Sandy Springs is a 20 acre subdivision extension that our team completed in the Summer of 2025.

  • Rough Grading and stripping topsoil

  • Fine Grading and Completing building pads to compaction standards

  • Fine Grading roads for curb installation and paving

  • Installing drainage ponds, building dams and spillways
